Here’s how to think BIGGER about your business + revenue
One thing holding many entrepreneurs back is a mistaken belief there’s a secret, hidden cap on how big your business could get.
The truth is there’s no limit!
If you believe making money is hard, you will sell yourself and your products short. You’re not going to charge what you’re worth, and you’re not going to think big. And that needs to change!
Here’s an exercise to help: Think about the maximum revenue you can make next quarter. Make sure it’s a number that makes you a little uncomfortable. Write this number down. For this example let’s say for your new SaaS business this is $30k.
Then ask yourself:
If I absolutely HAD to make $30k this quarter what would I do right now to make that happen? And what would I STOP doing?
How will I provide my customers with enough value that they will pay me that kind of money?
Then list out everything you can do to reach this number. Get as specific as you can. And once you’re done, you’ll have a practical roadmap to achieve that number. All that’s left to do is execution.
This exercise may seem daunting at first, but it’s essential if you want to untie yourself from hidden limits that hurt your business!
